It wasn’t like that in the beginning. Back when I first got into this diet, I often didn’t know what to chow down in the morning. Because of these books, I’m now getting pretty darn good at coming up with my own paleo diet breakfast ideas.

It’s a fast paced world we’re living in right now, so it’s important that we paleo diet followers learn how to make meals that can be prepared quickly without compromising taste as well as quality. That’s why every now and again; I would spend some time and money to source an assortment of quick easy paleo breakfast recipes.

If you don’t follow this approach, you will soon run out of paleo diet breakfast ideas and that can be detrimental in the long run. Think about it…How are you going to stay consistent with this diet if you’re absolutely clueless at preparing meals every morning?

A buddy of mine experienced this problem, and eventually he decided that enough is enough. He no longer wants to be a part of this diet. It’s a shame because initially, he was really interested in following the diet for the long haul. However, he often failed to come up with fresh, interesting paleo breakfast meal ideas and that’s the main reason behind his decision to quit the diet altogether.

If you feel like quitting for the very same reason, I ask that you please do not throw in the towel just yet. I realize it’s not easy to find new meal ideas, but there’s definitely a ton of them available out there. So don’t give up! You know, sometimes I would come across various quick easy paleo breakfast meal ideas from internet forums.

Yes that’s right! Internet forums are great for sourcing recipe ideas. I know a number of folks who love to hang out on online forums related to the Paleolithic diet. These people would even share recipe ideas on the forums openly so don’t be afraid to try them out. I recall finding a paleo-friendly soup recipe which was shared on the forum. And you what? The soup was ridiculously good - I just can’t get enough of it!

Aside from forums, you can also check out various books and magazines to find additional paleo diet breakfast ideas. Last Christmas, I bought this book called Paleo Sweets and the content was just amazing. There are so many interesting breakfast recipes available in there and it’s pretty obvious to me that the author had gone to great lengths to put together the book.

Some breakfast recipes in the book are very easy to make and some are in the moderate category. Rest assured that there are no difficult recipes. Let me tell you, if the recipes are difficult to prepare, then I wouldn’t even bother to try them. It’s not that I don’t like to take on recipes that are challenging. The fact is I just don’t have time for them. I would much rather prepare quick easy paleo breakfast dishes because I’m a busy person.

Like most people, I have a regular nine to five job so there’s no time for me to mess about in the kitchen during weekday mornings. On weekends however, I might attempt a couple of moderately challenging recipes. Sunday is the perfect day for such attempt. I would refer a book or two in order to obtain some decent paleo diet breakfast ideas, and then I drive over to the supermarket to purchase the necessary ingredients.

Once I’ve amassed the requisite ingredients, I’ll head straight to the kitchen and cook like a maniac! Cooking is so therapeutic to me. I wish I could do it more often…
