I noticed that the biggest mistake people make when it comes to preparing coconut milk smoothie paleo is adding in too much milk. Please go easy with the coconut milk. Excessive milk will result in lack of smoothness and we want to avoid that. The other day, my buddy Ryan committed the very same mistake.

He was preparing a pumpkin smoothie recipe which he got from his aunty, and the end result didn’t turn out so well because he accidentally put in too much coconut milk. The pumpkin flavor was diluted by the significant amount of milk and naturally, the smoothie turned out tasteless.

The next day, Ryan attempted to make the coconut milk smoothie paleo recipe which I’ve shared with you earlier, and this time around, he went easy with the milk. Instead of adding 3 cups of coconut milk, he used only half a cup. The final product was a whole lot better than before! The smoothie was delicious and the texture was just perfect.

Now Ryan is keen on trying a wide range of paleo diet smoothie recipes. I got to tell you, my buddy Ryan is a pure smoothie addict! The guy just can’t get enough of smoothies. I think smoothies done using the paleo principles are good, but it’s important to consume them in moderation. Consuming too much smoothies may add some unwanted pounds around your waist, so please be careful.

And I would also like to provide some quick info regarding the paleo pumpkin smoothie recipe I shared earlier. Many people love this extremely simply recipe. In fact, my mum told me that it is one of the most enjoyable paleo diet smoothie recipes of all time! I’m glad she enjoyed the smoothie.

Anyway, some people wanted to know if they could replace the pitted apricots with other type of fruits. Well, you could use other fruits. I would recommend using replacement fruits such as apricots, plums, and peaches. As for the coconut milk smoothie paleo, you may replace macadamia nuts with either pecans or walnuts. So go try those recipes and good luck!
