You’ll need:

4 pieces of sea bass fillets (approximately 250g per fillet), 2 tablespoons of olive oil

For the Veggies Mix: 1 thinly sliced red onion, 1 cup of bean sprouts, 2 medium sized carrots which you should cut into matchsticks, 2 tablespoons of macadamia oil

How to Prepare:

Set frying pan on medium heat, and pour in the 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Drop the fillets in with skin side down and fry for about three to four minutes, or till skin turn crispy. Flip over and continue frying until fillets are thoroughly cooked.

Grab a clean bowl or a Tupperware (if you want to bring the meal to work), put in the veggie ingredients, and mix properly. Finally, throw in the sea bass fillets in the bowl/Tupperware.

Recipe #2: Paleo Diet Chicken Wrap

You’ll need:

1 cup of cooked chicken (make sure you chop them up into bite-size pieces), some bacon, ½ cup of thinly sliced red pepper, ½ avocado, 1 thinly sliced plum tomato, 3 big lettuce leaves

How to Prepare:

Wash the lettuce leaves and then pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Next, place remaining ingredients in the middle of each lettuce leaf, and gobble away!

It’s unfortunate that many paleo enthusiasts out there have zero clue when it comes to preparing healthy and great tasting paleo-friendly dishes. The main problem lies with the lack of recipe books that teach one how to cook paleo diet lunch meals in a step-by-step manner.

One can easily find a vast array of recipe books related to Atkins diets, zone diet, bodybuilding & fitness, and so on. But books containing a variety of paleo lunch ideas for work are too few and far between. Fortunately for paleo enthusiasts from all over the world, positive things are happening gradually.

For one, the number of recipe books related to paleo diet has increased substantially.  This is excellent news, especially for die-hard followers of the paleo diet such as my cousin Michelle and of course, yours truly. Michelle always had problems coming up with paleo lunch ideas for work. As a result, she kept making the same type of dishes and before long, she got bored of them.

Heck, at one point, she even wanted to quit the diet altogether! I advised her not to give up just because she couldn’t come up with a good variety of paleo diet for lunch dishes. I understand that eating the same thing over and over again can be excruciatingly boring, but one has to be patient. After all, patience is a virtue.

So I told her to search for some decent recipes online. The internet is packed to the brim with information pertaining to all kinds of topics, thus I’m sure Michelle could find some sort of instructional guide for creating a wide range of paleo diet lunch meals. And I was right!

Within a few hours of searching the web, Michelle stumbled upon a big collection of paleo lunch ideas for work that was put together by a lady who has been following this diet for almost half a decade. The collection of recipe ideas helped tremendously and now Michelle is capable of cooking up a storm in the kitchen! I would like to offer my kudos to Michelle for her patience and perseverance.
